This is a perfect gem to stop at. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.. The food is simply next level amazing! We were greeted and shown to our table quickly and very professionally. The owner came to check on us personally and we noticed how he greeted every table in the room at some point. Simply one of the best places in the Hamptons to stop and enjoy an amazing meal. Can't wait to come back here again.
We travel and eat at a lot of Indian restaurants. We really, really, really enjoyed Saaz. The food was aromatic and flavorful. The best bhindi masala I think I’ve ever had after decades enjoying similar dishes. The best vegetable biryani I’ve ever had as well, light aromatic with just the right amount of heat. The yellow dal was also great, subtle flavors that were really wonderful. And the servjce was attentive, everything from the welcome, generous table service, and talking g with the manager/owner. We loved everything and would go well out of way to come back!
This is the best indian restaurant I have found in Suffolk County and I have been to a few. The waiters are very friendly and attentive and the food is excellent! Always go there for the buffet and the place is very clean as the staff is always alert to anything out of place. Have never been to a restaurant where everything was outstanding between the food, atmosphere and service. I feel like you are treated like royalty there.

In this restaurant, it was my second time and I had a great time here. My friend said their mango lassie was outstanding. He really liked it and I liked it too. It was so refreshing, and the texture of that smoothie was just awesome. Literally, the best one in town I believe. Their buffet was great. All the items which was there were all delicious. Service was great too! Will certainly come back:)
This restaurant was recommended and is truly a gem! The staff is very attentive and Sonja, the manager was really lovely. I opted for the brunch which was truly fabulous. The tomato soup was not too spicy and freshly prepared. The bread was also scrumptious! I don't eat meat and this was an excellent choice because of the variety of authentic dishes they offer. For dessert, a frozen ice cream type cake was prepared for me that was made with roses. It was absolutely divine! I love this restaurant and will definitely come back the next time I head out east!
If you are looking for delicious Indian food, this is your place. The place has a calm energy. The food is absolutely delicious. They caterer to all diets. The Vegan food we had was just awesome. Highly recommend this place. Owners and staff excellent.
